Get to Know Me

A music producer had asked me and a crew to plan and make a promotional video for his company. My team decided to showcase the producer working on a song start to finish. My role for this project was a to be camera operator and an editor. During filming I was able to get more comfortable with using a gimbal and filming in multiple locations. During editing I was able to combine those multiple locations, along with the music, and dialogue to make it look and sound seamless. I really enjoyed this project and learned a lot about how to work and schedule with a client. I also learned working with different cameras such as the Sony a7. Finally I learned different techniques in the editing room to make the documentary better.

A hair stylist in Baltimore had asked me to help promote her new brand "Thairapy", In this video we showcase her work and what her clients had to say about her.

For this video I was asked to make a short Documentary about a guy who made a log splitter for people to use. My job for this project was to scheduled interviews and blocked out time to shot b-roll as well as shoot the interviews and b-roll. When I was done shooting the video, I put together a rough cut to show to the client and talk through what to keep and what not to keep. In the end I submitted the Documentary to NCCER and won first place.
